The two intense days of the **CNSU **of November ended today.
On the first day the elections for the **CUN ** and theANVUR were held which saw the triumph of two councilors of the Confederation – Unilab SvoltaStudentigroup, respectively Francesco Testa and Angelo Antinoro. To them goes all the best wishes for a laborious commitment in these very important national bodies.
Subsequently, the Commissions met where the motions presented by the various council groups were discussed. The Internationalization Commission, chaired by our Vincenzo Giannico, approved the question we presented,on the Royal Decree of 1933, subsequently unanimously signed by the whole CNSU:the question asks directly to Minister Carrozza what actions he intends to implement so that the obvious antinomy between the DR of 33 and the widely known needs and prerogatives of internationalization of the system is resolved. Italian university, repeatedly referred to in l 240/2010, by the Bologna Process and the European Union. Moreover, given the immediate need, the Minister is asked to consider the opportunity to propose to the Council of Ministers the issuance of an emergency decree law, which modifies the same Royal Decree, given the upcoming ruling of the Council of State on the appeal of the ** judgment of the TAR that rejected ** the choice of the Politecnico di Milano to provide the courses of the LM in English.
On the second day the CNSU was received by Minister Carrozza,to whom the councilors submitted some questions:Confederation – Unilab SvoltaStudenti raised three points: the first always oninternationalization, blocked by the very dated DR of '33, with respect to which the Minister declared the will to re-deepen the issue (we still expect a formal answer to the question within 60 days); the second point concerned situations in which the current DSU system is **abused **by evaders, more or less pretentious divorces and foreign students or independent of the unclear tax situation; Finally, the third point on the problem of the maturity bonus which, according to our advisers, must be found rather in the diversity and anomalies that are found in every high school.
