What if students could evaluate the difficulty of exams? Send tips or suggestions to improve them? We continue to carry out this proposal, objective of truly innovative teaching, given that students have always expressed their need to give feedback on the methods and times of evaluation that individual teachers adopt.
In the last summer session, Aerospace Engineering courses served as a pilot for the implementation of a post-exam questionnaire. Such questions ranged from asking if the time to take the exam was sufficient, to issues concerning the conformity of the assessment methods with those declared at the start of the course.
The questionnaire also had a space for comments.
After the project was officially launched, we worked to present a report on the usefulness of the questionnaires: the results were very positive, with constructive criticisms helpful in improving teaching. For now, there are only six pilot courses identified. We will work to extend this initiative in the upcoming semesters, first to all aerospace courses and then to all classes of study.
