Venerdì 4 dicembre

• Partenza in bus (Milano Parcheggio stazione Lambrate ore 19.30) e arrivo a Bardonecchia in serata.**
• Consegna skipass e buono "welcome cocktail serale", versamento cauzione (50€)
• Briefing introduttivo e informativo per conoscerci! 
• Giro in centro a Bardonecchia

Sabato 5 dicembre

• Giornata sci a Bardonecchia
• ore 16.00 “beer time” presso lo “Snow Tube”
• Suggerimento per la serata: discoteca al villaggio olimpico

Domenica 6 dicembre

• Giornata sci a Badonecchia
• ore 16.00 “vin brulè time” presso “La Grangia”
• Serata e cena in baita e discesa in notturna (60 posti - 30€)

Lunedì 7 dicembre

• Giornata sci a Jafferau oppure ore 12.00 “gara di sci e snowboard”
• ore 22.30 “premiazioni Gara Sci e Snowboard, Tornei Sportivi di Poker Texas Holdem
• Goodbye Party: serata a tema”

Martedì 8 dicembre

• Mattinata sulle piste
• Partenza nel pomeriggio e rientro a Milano
• Le camere vanno lasciate libere per le ore 20.00 (per chi ha trasporto in proprio)
• Partenza bus da Bardonecchia ore 17.30.

N.B.: il programma può subire delle variazioni a discrezione dell’organizzazione in base alle condizioni meteorologiche (fiaccolata, cena in baita, gare di sci/snowboard) e per la sicurezza dei partecipanti stessi.

Note

Il programma è totalmente indicativo, tuttavia è consigliato in modo da poter "fare gruppo" e divertirci tutti assieme.

* Le camere sono da 3 o 4 persone. NON è più possibile avere camere doppie.
C'è disponibilità per 10 camere da 3 posti letto e 30 camere da 4 posti letto.
Nella assegnazione delle camere verranno quanto più possibile prese in considerazione le preferenze espresse.

** I bus partiranno dalle sedi Politecnico di Milano e Como. Si è vincolati ad un luogo di partenza piuttosto che un altro in base alla sede dove si è iscritti. Per soddisfare esigenze diverse, i bus partiranno sia nel primo pomeriggio che in serata.

In base alle richieste si potranno richiedere corsi di sci-snowboard a prezzi vantaggiosi.

Si cercherà il più possibile di dare indicazioni e mantenere un programma di massima e di comunicarlo a tutti. Sulle bacheche alla reception del residence saranno affisse le indicazioni e le attività giorno per giorno.

La caparra sulla camera sarà di 50€ a persona da depositare all'arrivo insieme con la consegna dello skipass e la liberatoria da compilare. (scaricare qui per accelerare i tempi di check in)

Per avere lo ski-pass è necessario compilare e consegnare la tessere verde del CUS (già inclusa nel prezzo e scaricabile qui )

Esterni

Per le persone non iscritte al Politecnico di Milano, il costo della vacanza è di 230,00 € per i motivi e le modalità spiegate qui.

Le quote di partecipazione per gli esterni SONO STATE UNIFORMATE A 230,00€.

Anche loro devono iscriversi tramite il sito, specificando come numero di matricola 200.000.

Le iscrizioni per gli esterni sono già consentite.

Friday 4^th December

• Departure and arrival in the evening in Bardonecchia
• Delivery of skipasses and "welcome cocktail", payment of deposit (50€)
• Hanging out in Bardonecchia

Sabato 5 dicembre

• Sky day
• 4p.m “beer time” in the “Snow Tube”
• Suggestion for the night: Disco in “villaggio olimpico”

Domenica 6 dicembre

• Sky day
• 4p.m. “vin brulè time” in the restaurant “La Grangia”
• Dinner and night-skiing (60 places - 30€)

Lunedì 7 dicembre

• Sky day -  12 p.m “ski and snowboard race”
• 10.30p.m. – Texas hold’em tournament
• Goodbye Party

Tuesday 8th December

• Morning on the slopes
• Departure in the afternoon and arrival in Milan in the evening
• The rooms must be freed before 20.00 (for those who don’t use the bus)

N.B.: The programme may vary depending on the organizators, weather condition (night skiing, dinner on the slope, ski/snowboard race) and for security reasons.

Notes

The program is not mandatory, anyway is suggested so that we can know each others and have fun together.

*The rooms are for 3-4 people.
There are in total 10 room with 3 beds and 30 rooms with 4 beds.

**The bus will leave from Politecnico di Milano and Como.

Other Info

Depending on the requests there will be the possibility to take ski-snowboard courses at good prices.

On the boards in the hotel’s hall will be posted the info for each day.

The deposit for the room will be of 50€ each person to deposit at the arrival with the skipass and a releasing clause to fulfill. (download here to speed-up the check in time)

NON POLITECNICO STUDENTS

For people who doesn’t belong to Politenico, the cost is 230€, for these reasons qui.

They have to fulfill the registration form and the web site too, putting the matricola number of 200.000
